Nginx proxed SSL to stream. That's enough for me.

My stream now:
https://radio.mybritva.ru/britva1
https://radio.mybritva.ru/britva2

Firefox and Chrome based browser played ogg stream.
I believe that all my problems are solved. Thank you more!

I am able to play the first stream in VLC under iOS. Safari doesn't work with OGG files natively. You need a plugin. Or you can use Firefox. Not sure about Chrome. Another option is to use the previous version of ices.
Copy & paste your nginx, ices and icecast configs to pastebin.com and send me the links. Remove your passwords first.

The main problem is that I want to switch to mp3, devices on iOS and macOS do not play my stream. However, I don't experience any problems with Windows.

Do u have Mac or iPhone? Check pls http://radio.mybritva.ru:8000/myradio.ogg

OGG files are used because MP3 is not an open source format. You can use the previous ices 1.x version if you want to play MP3. The config. syntax is very similar.

For a 2nd radio station, start from ices section after the ices installation. icecast stays the same. Create another XML e.g. newradio.xml file but with different parameters such as logpath, logfile, name, mount etc. Only the password to connect to icecast should be the same.
Once you do that, create another .service file, e.g. newradio.service. The only difference should be in line 10 where you specify newradio.xml.
Start the 2nd radio with systemctl start newradio. Access the 2nd radio with the new mount point that you specified under newradio.xml, e.g. http://somenameorip:8000/newradio.ogg
